A Winter Weather Advisory was issued at 3: 26 am for the dark blue shaded counties.

A weak low will move through the area on Saturdaya and phase off the coast of southern New Jersey. This should move into the region at about 6 am est into the southern mountains and lower susquahanna river valley. At about 8 am est, the snow snould begin to fall in the northeastern mountains.

Precipitation Type . . . Heavy Snow.

Accumulations . . . 3 - 5 inches of snow is expected. 

Timing . . . Snow should move into the region in the early moring hours on Saturday and continue through the afternoon and end west to east in the night time hours.

Impacts . .  Snow Covered Roads.
